Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unopened, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Be returned in full order quantities. We cannot accept returns of partial orders or leftover boxes.

Returns are not accepted on the following items:

• Samples
• Custom orders

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 35% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

2. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, except in cases where tiles are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Please ensure the return shipment is properly packed to avoid damage in transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@cadentile.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending back your items.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs, if applicable. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items damaged during return transit.
• Returns that are not received.

Refunds may take up to 30 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned items.
